“Leaving The Burning Buildingâ€, the first full length album by Detroit based Metria, is a gritty and unsettling album that invokes deep images of the industrial waste that litters Detroit. Subtle creaks and voices slither in between slabs of deep drones and post-industrial noise. This album will appeal to fans of older Lustmord, Brighter Death Now and some of the gritty early work by Skinny Puppy.
